30-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your T3 mattress, you must call our 800 number no later than 30 days
after the delivery date of the mattress or set to obtain a return authorization. We will then schedule
a pick-up of the product and pay for shipping back to our facility.
The mattress MUST be in its original condition. It must also be packaged in the original shipping
bag and shipping container. There will be no exceptions.
When the mattress is received at our facility it will be inspected. If it is returned in the condition
requested, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the mattress, less a 15%
return fee.
