When speaking about Recovery Jo says, "Recovery is everything. I believe recovery is the most important part of my training. Whether it be a 20 min nap or a solid 8 hours sleep at night. After a great night sleep you feel completely rested both Mentally and Physically, therefore allowing me to maximize my training, so I can MAXIMIZE MY RACING. You can't get better than that."
