Warranty
The T3 has a 10-year limited warranty as follows:
Manufacturer warrants that its sleep set is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty only extends to the original consumer purchaser of the product.
If a manufacturing defect is found in your mattress or foundation during the ten year warranty
period, the purchaser may return the product to the manufacturer at the purchaser’s expense
and if manufacturer determines that the product is defective and is covered by this warranty,
manufacturer will either replace or repair the product at its option. If this occurs within the first
year of the warranty period, transportation costs will be paid by the manufacturer. continued >
